What methods of payment do you accept?
Pay With Paypal
When you place an order with Paypal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.
You may still check out even without a PayPal account. To do so, please click on "Pay with Debit/Credit Card" and you’ll be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information or complete your payment safely via PayPal.
What currencies do your accept for payment?
We accept payment in Euro.
When will I be charged?
Money will be taken immediately once it is authorized. An email will be sent to you to confirm your order. If your card is not authorized or is under the status of pre-authorization, payment will not be taken. You may contact your bank or card issuer to authorize the payment. Please note that even if a payment isn’t authorized, it may still appear as though BARN OF MONKEYS has proceeded with the transactions. This occurs because some card issuers still hold the funds for a short period of time.
Why was my payment declined?
BARN OF MONKEYS accepts Paypal.
If you have trouble paying via credit card through Paypal: Please check the details of your card information to make sure they are correct, including the expiration date, cardholder name, security code on the back of your card as well as the billing address. Please ensure that you have not reached the card limit or if the card is currently being reviewed by your bank. In the case that your payment is still refused, we suggest trying a different card.

How long does it take for my order to ship?
When you place an order with BARN OF MONKEYS we will have to process the order first. It usually takes 2-3 business days to ship your order. There is an exception on sale/ peak periods in which you can count on 5-7 business days. Shipping time will depend on which country you reside in. To orders from Portugal or Spain, your package will be shipped with MRW. To other countries, your package will be shipped with UPS. Please note that for non EU shipments, customs and/or additional fees may apply.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Here at BARN OF MONKEYS, we take pride and strive to make sure all packages are delivered in a timely manner. You will receive your order within 2-5 business days from shipping date.
How do I change/modify my order?
Please note that we can help you modify your order before shipment. You can simply contact us and explain your requirement. We'll make an exchange accordingly.
It includes changing the size or the color of an item, removing/adding an item or changing your shipping address.
Once your package is shipped, we will not be able to change anything about your order.
How do I cancel an order?
It is very easy to cancel a paid order on your side: Logging into your account, please click "My Orders", find the "Cancel Order" button and select "Yes". Choose reasons for your canceling and refund method and then submit. We'll deal with your request as soon as possible. Once your order has been canceled, an email will be sent to inform you about your refund.
Attention: Here at BARN OF MONKEYS we cannot cancel orders which have been shipped out. In other words, please contact us to learn if shipment has already taken place at firstname.lastname@example.org
What should I do if I did not receive a confirmation email?
If you have not received a confirmation email about your order, you may have registered your email incorrectly or the email might be in your spam folder. You may log into your account and click "My Orders" button to see your orders.
How do I change my shipping address once my order is placed?
We can only update your shipping address before shipment.
To ensure that your package can be properly delivered, please ensure that your address is complete and correct with all information including apartment/suite/room numbers.
Once your package has been shipped, we will not be able to change the shipping address or cancel an order.
We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. You will receive your order in 2-3 business days from the date that it is placed.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.
Processing and Delivery

We’re bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, but it is possible to return your items and get a refund.
We only accept returns within 14 days from delivery date. If the garment has some defect, we will cover the shipping expenses. If there is nothing wrong with your order, you can return it by using your local post office at your cost.

Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: swimwear and accessories (except scarves and bags).
Returns will be processed within 7 business days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account per your request.
Please note that the original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
